Re: Shipping in USA and Canada My experience with UPS in Canada is that no matter what the shipper pays UPS, they will charge the receiver an absurdly high "brokerage fee" for shipping from the USA to Canada. I have paid as much as $19 on a $25 item!! Grrr. Perhaps my Italian cousins know something that the Americans do not.

Re: Shipping in USA and Canada We ship weekly to Canada using the option "Delivery and duty paid by the sender", we receive extra costs in our invoice. We are in contact with many customer, nobody reported extra cost, in case we will refund the difference.It is costly for us but waiting to find local resellers permit us to mantain the oversea market.
